john,,,that looks like the #254 without the chrome on the front. they were out around 2000 and came with a leather cover. i think it was just for looks. 35.00 at wallmart if my memory is correct. i have had 2 of those. it really was a basic player and both of the 2 i had were poorly constructed. i paid the 35,00 for one and 2.00 for the other at a thrift store. sony did the same thing with the 301 which was a bit better. they called that one the freq.
