Dear friends !
As you know, sometimes there are people that restrict their auctions to their own country. In other words: You are - for example - German and want to bid on an item in Great Britain. But this is not possible, because the seller blocks all foreign bidders. There are also online shops that do not accept orders from abroad.
I am searching for a collectors friend here willing to offer me his service for bidding or buying in such cases. I am from Germany and in advance I offer the same service for my own country. Of course, all costs stay on the buyers side. If you bid on a German item and win, I will send you his payment details or if this is difficult, you will send the money to me first. After I recieved the package, I will send it further to you, no matter where you are in this whole wide world.
For me the most interesting countries are Great Britian, United States, Italy and maybe also China and Japan (DaoBao + Yahoo auctions).
If there is any person here from these countries willing to come into partnership with me, please PM me. I am a reliable person and you will never be disappointed from me. I offer sniper bidding on Ebay, but I excpect the same from you.
Best wishes ---- Eingang
Hi Eingang,
This sounds like a great idea. One of the Stereo2Go members helped me to get a mint condition Sony TC-D5 from the U.S.A. The seller didn't want to ship internationally and luckily I knew a Stereo2Go member who lived there.
A friend of mine sent me this link
http://myus2.myus.com/About/Ho...ForwardingWorks.aspx. I haven't tried this service out yet but it looks interesting.
I was quite lucky when 2 of the items on the Yahoo Japan auction site appeared later on eBay and I was able to buy them. There have been quite a few items on the eBay Germany site that I've tried to buy but the langauge barrier has been a problem.
Let me know if there's anything from South Africa that you may need.
BTW are there any other Stereo2Go members who live in South Africa?
Dear Greg ! Thanks for your kind offer. Unfortunately I did never see anything in South Africa ..... could you name anything worth to look at ? Anyway, if you need help for Germany, give it a try and ask me. Best wishes, Eduard

My Nagra SN came from a guy in Cape Town / South Africa. It was originally imported to South Africa in 1971 and had all the original papers and purchase invoice. Other than that I haven't found there to be a Vintage Audio movement here that I know of. It would be great if you could help me with items in Germany where the seller won't ship Internationaly.
