I would be extremely pleased if someone would be kind enough to identify or try to identify the following Walkman.
This will be a bit difficult as I do not have a picture to up-load and only a picuture of one side of the Walkman.
Things I do know: it was made no later than 1986 because it appeared in a 1986 film. It was yellow in colour. There was a large black/see through circle taking up a lot of the front cover and I could see one tape spool. There was a black protruding button housing, running from the top of the Walkman to almost the bottom of the Walkman.
I do not believe it is the WM-F5 as the F5 'circle' is mucm smaller, the Sony logo bigger and the black button assembley does not protude enough, nor is it long enough.
Things i'm not so certain on: I am pretty sure the headphones and possibly lead were also yellow. There appeared to be a black circular area on the top of the Walkman where the earphones plugged in. I think the earphones were the in ear type. The Sony logo was in the top left hand side of the Walkman in small letters. There was some larger writing in the bottom left hand corner, that may have had the word sport in (really not sure on this one) and could have been muticoloured.
Well, there you go, I hope that is enough. Any questions please ask and i'll try to answer them, any hlep would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
It sounds like our old frined the Sony WM-35 but I suspect I'm worng
