IS there anywhere that has full scans of the Sony Catalogues that are shown on Pocketcalculator site for download in PDF format (or similar)?

We've been looking for these for years but don't let that stop you looking.

Alternatively there's some great resources here

Look here are some Sony catalogues to be seen.
But not in pdf.
The pictures are good to see, but the texts are very small
