I do think it is a next model of the aiwa HS-PX1000!!!

It's not a great unit but it was one of Aiwa's last attempts to stuff as many features as possible in a walkman in order to extend the life of the market. After this (92) Aiwa stopped pumping R&D money into the Walkman.

I'd probably buy it.
