yes the professional is for heavy duty purposes. they cost an arm and a leg more leg that arm..
The WM-D6C has Dolby noise reduction (B & C).
it's the green writing and the red markers. makes it more beautifull.
but still prefer a d6c.
More interestingly the D6C had to lose the second headphone jack to accomodate the Dolby C circuitry. Also, note too that on the D6 the headphone jack doubles as the line-in.
