Philips Radio ??? identification (Bond freak)

Hi guys… Bond freak back now with another question… and ones again thanks for the identification of Necros walkman (Philips d6645) from “ the livening daylight”… I was lucky and now has one in my Bond collection….

Well anyway in the movie “licence to kill” James Bond (Dalton) uses a Philips “radio” as detonator as he tries to assassin Franz Sanchez with his signature gun….

The movie is from 1989 so the Philips items is probably from 1987 or 1988…

Anybody who can identify the base (if it is a modified radio) of this
