one of the most cool looking and techie 80's player + sound is up with the best = makes me smile for it's looks and sound.

A note on the WM-7, yes it's an interesting piece and a good looker but it doesn't represent any great breakthrough other than it's attempt to attract the 'audiophile' audience.  And nearly everyone you find now is busted.

 

Thinking about it, it does deserve to be in the list, I forgot about it's logic controls and the auto reverse, oh, and the noise it makes, yeah Rich, you're right, it's in.

Praise de lard. My favourite walkman gets some recognition. Mine, still sounds gorgeous, through the grado SR325`s.
