I'll leave it to Nicole to post a picture of her stereo microcassette player ...
In the meanwhile...the smallest microcassette players/recorders/dictaphones ...spygear of yesteryear...are the m909 and m950 which came later with its detachable speaker and LCD display

They a couple others beside the stereo microcassette worth mentioning the next smallest is right after the Sony M909 is the 1982 Olympus Pearlcorder L400, one other worth mentioning is a 1984 Dictaphone Pico-Cassette Recorder. It was marketed in the USA in 1984, and worldwide in 1985 faill due to it's price, was well over $350 bucks. But was one of the best built recorders ever engineered, used full servo control including a quartz-locked servo tape drive and advance cueing and the accuracy of the tiny mechanical system is astounding. The very narrow tape is wound and played with absolute precision and the audio recording was loud and clear, from only 0.3IPS!!

The very first microcassette in 1969 During initial sales the recorder failed to achieve success as it was competing against the minicassette. In 1970 the company changed its brand name from ZUIKO to OLYMPUS. The fully redesigned Pearlcorder was re-launched in 1977 as two models, the all in one complete system, and the SD with modules and accessories.
