External battery case or 2v charger for aiwa walkman

hi guys i bought a couple of players aiwa hs PX747 and hs px557 now the problem is there is no rechargeable battery or external battery adapter. I thought the sony ones i had would fit but i dont.. where can i get a rechargeable battery or external battery case or even the 2v adapter. Thanks

Good am, same as me but sadly the ac adapter is only 100v hence why i ask you where you was based.
