One or two interesting units within this glut of W'Eggs. I like the one to the left of the silver Sony FM Radio Walkman and above the Aiwa TX 486. Anyone know what this one is?

based on the 'SR' - could be a Sears walkman - it's a recorder w/ metal

You could make them an offer of say 1p, there is the option for that.
Or is that too much?

Are they even legal tender anymore? I have a bag of them somewhere.

Most likely worth more in scrap than face value, not unlike our Lot of 55 W'Eggs.

I kind of knew they weren't. Thankfully it is only about 20p IIRC, so I am not going to lose sleep over that.

Indeed, the copper content in them would probably be worth a touch more than 0.5p per coin.

YUP have the model actually heavy and good quality for early model. Mine is made by SHEBRO model SB-33. My bet is its a clone. You can clearly see the azimuth adj. hole near top center and the door hinge buttress small squares near front bottom on both and features same and door. Love models with the full clear doors.

Thanks John for these excellent shots! Your SB-33 looks great. Loving the antiquated buttons and switchegear.
