anybody knows or got any issues with "poweronic" ???

we need more details to understand the title of this post

fist of all was sold walkman wm-ex1hg

all tracking avalable

but buyer open case aganst me, first time in my history!!

and was refunded, ebay did not looked at printsceens of tracking info. so no item. and no money for me.

for 2 weeks was no reply from him, and now he's telling that not his problem with 1 item, anybody got same issues?? 

Item last tracking status "recieved in UK"

today he won a wa-8000 I rejected his bids but I dont know how his bid was last, so no payment from him, and I relist it again, opened case... e.tc.

i am building the gallow"s as we speak

no problem we understood very well that this "buyer" is not exactly a gentleman, so to speak...

it is not about money as well, just not honest, untrustable buyer

my possition is god see everything, 100$ or not 100$, but always something will come back to me another way

Maxim's a great seller too. I have had a recent transaction with him and it went smooth as silk with no headaches...now I'm waiting with anticipation for my mail delivery every day!

there is a way to block him from bidding on your item.. of coarse Ebay doesnt make it easy to locate where it is..

right --its sort of hidden -

but here is the procedure :::

go to site map --( bottom of every ebay page )

see selling

see selling activities

see .. block bidders//buyers list

type in the ebay members name

thats it

my ebay ID is *poweronic* and I am a sony collector !!  I shocked yesterday,, when I read something on Stereo2go!!  **cheating buyer at ebay...**  !!

I never ever cheated anyone in my life at all!! maxim you must be little fair when you say badthings about someone !! you never see me and I never met you in my life!! I have bought 2 items from you !! one of them arrived and another one never arrived!! you have called me fraud and warrned people against me!! I never ever received your item and I think you never sent out to me!! cause you did not provided any post office receipt or tracking number!! I belived you have kept your item cause it was sold less than $10 !! did you ask yourself why I left you the 5 star positive feedback for the first item? why you not tacking about the first item!! I know this answer: cause I was satisfied and left you the positive feedback!! you never asked yourself the secound one may lost or stolen on transit or during the delivery!! but you have called me fraud!! I have won your auction for WA-8000 ,,,but you have relisted it after 2 min!! yes after 2 mins!! I have asked you why,,,,,,,, but you seeking excuses and didn't let me know to pay for that!!

yes %100 sure. the people must be inform other parties if they going to say something lies about someones!! I didn't know that *maxim* has write something about me without letting me know !! fairly I am his victim in this case!! I have made my feedback profile as a private ,cause I am a collector !  however I would like to ask from head boss to remove this topic ,cause this is %100 lie and not real story!!

 by the way I am star rover and not a man grand canyoin!

I bought an Aiwa personal cassette from Maxim after all this first kicked off. It arrived 3 weeks later and was exactly as described.

Not particularly relevant but thought it was a fair addition to the thread. His communication was excellent and delivery time quicker than anticipated. I would not hesitate to deal with him again.

The question remains unanswered above Star Rover...why the privacy?

Seller Maxim has been kind enough to share private details about this buyer with me.  Despite the evidence of a Royal Mail proof of delivery this buyer was able to get a full refund on his eBay claim.  We have seen a lot of similar issues recently and it's clear that eBay seems to back the buyer 100% despite this clear evidence.

Star Rover aka banned member A Man of Grand Canyon has been able to take full advantage of this and by all accounts has kept the original item as well as the refund. 

As far as I am concerned walkman buyers should feel confident that seller Maxim remains a good seller.  Walkman buyers should be aware that they should add buyers 'poweronic' and his alias 'richard74sky' to their blocklists.  It should serve as warning enough that this buyer has two aliases and chooses to keep his feedback private.
