Spotted an extremely rare AIWA HS-PX20 being listed by an S2G member.

For those that don't know, this is basically an AIWA HS-PX101 in a landscape format. It is rare because not only was only ever officially sold in Japan in very small numbers. It also features a HX head profile unlike the regular rounded shape found on the HS-PX101, to provide a better audio response.

It does appear to be missing the pass through AA battery clip and remote integrated earphones though.

Be careful with that seller.

I asked him yesterday about the condition of them item (many hours before your post) and he replied at night telling that "sorry the aiwa was sold to an American on another site".

On another site??

Question is: why is he still listing it?

I replied him asking this question, but yet not answer.

So... be careful.

PS: A seller with only 81 votes and less than 99% is sometimes suspecting. 98% is a lot, but with ebay rating is not so high as should look. I am very careful with sellers with 98% or less

Well in his defence he is French, and his English is not that good. Perhaps he meant it was bought from an American from another site? If he has in reality actually already sold it, then it should be de-listed from sale.

He has been listing some rather interesting items of late on eBay, but the PX20 did peak my interest since it took me many years and unsuccessful attempts before getting myself one.

Oh well the item is gone/de-listed. Shame, will have to save the popcorn for a different item ending.

Yes something about him raised my interests, I had bid on the PX20 and on the PX1000 and then all of a sudden they were gone with the same explanation they were sold on another site.  Bummer I so wanted that Japan version.
