Hi folks. I have an aiwa hsjx-2000 cassette player. Used it only a handful of times. Its in mint condition boxed also. Are they rare, or of much value, although i would never sell it. Its the 10th anniversary model. Thanks.

Hello Derek, You have a rare Walkman. Much of value lies in having box and all accessories AND condition. These units are very complex and seem to be often prone to problems. Often what is on ebay has some issues working. I think the forum would agree with me that the value paid for these units exceeds the actual sound quality and long term reliability issues. Probably much of desire lies in the Gold bling appearance. As to value probably they avg. $150 -#300 boxed working 9-10 condition. Recent sales on ebay :
