Hello Rickdawn09,
Try WD40 Spry with a piece of cloth on the tip to prevent it from spraying all over the PCB. use a very small amount and make sure to take off the Vol. wheel this will surly fix your problem. Good luck

Thanks Lion,I have a few units i am changing the belts on ,can the wd-40 be applied directly to the rear portion of the swotch? thanks Rick
Hey Lion ,one more question please whats a P.C.B>?? The circuit board? thanks Rick
Hi Rick,
The WD40 is a semi-solvent it cleans and protect and release all kind of metals from garden tools to Electronics. but you should be cautious when using it not to spray on rubber (belts etc) and screws (unless you want to loosen them). also be careful not to spray on lids and covers because it will solve the glue and the cover will come apart. that happened to some people who applied it on the AIWA HS-G08 Equalizer.
Mainly you should use it for stuck gears & electronic contacts or to release of most of Aiwa's Auto reverse mechanism (like HS-09 series).
Just make sure you know what your doing otherwise give it to a nice repair shop.
Yes, the PCB is short for Printed Circuit Board.
Good Luck my friend
