Just opened up my JJ-P5 and was pleasantly surprised by the layout however it seems as though there is an easy way to lifting the board to access the belt than I'm seeing. The wires to the gumstick battery terminals are too short to allow the board to swing upwards, which is odd as the ribbon connections are clearly designed to act as a hinge. me thinks that the plastic housing for the gumstick should unscrew and hinge up with the board but I can't for the life of me work out how.
