I needed a nice way to transport some of my more fragile Walkmans (like the WM-10). I went to a photo supply store and found a line of hard cases in various sizes, manufactured in the U.S.A. by Pelican. The case I am using is great and I feel very confident that it will continue to protect my Walkman. Please let me know what you think.

if you want the same protection try nice,clean and used camera cases at thrift stores. there must be millions of those out there and the quality is as good or better then the discount stores sell for 15.00--20.00 dollars. some of those cost a pretty penny back then and are high quality. they come in different sizes too. so if a nice one comes your way a dollar bill won't be a budget buster.
