My beloved DD33 seems to have a loose yellow wire behind the head. As a consequence the sound is almost monaural in nature, with what sounds like ground loop hom.

is there anyone in the UK that can be depended upon for a quick little service? I'd hate to relegate this machine to the DISPLAY only category just because of one pesky wire.

Its OK.....

I opened her up and thoughtfully the designers had made it so that when you take the from lid off, a little flap exposes the rear of the head.

Now that is actually very impressive!
