Hi,
I have a WM-F702 that has been sitting for many years. The rechargeable battery looks bad but the radio works with the accessory AA battery holder. Any tricks to getting the tape to work?

I may not be working the controlss properly. It has many tape controlls on the remote and the main unit.

That is a nice walkman by the way.

It is more than likely that the rubber drive belt has gone inside as it is a common problem

Changing belts is often fairly straight forward. Some of the older Aiwas however are a bugger to work on. Try looking in the older tech posts... and have a look at..
