I just bought a WM-R707 and I need to find a service manual for it. Or do ya'll think a WM-F707 manual would work? The only difference is that the "F" model came with a radio. Thanks for the help.
Hello,
you can order a printed manual of the WM-R707 here:
http://www.schaltungsdienst.deMay I asked where you bought the WM-R707? Is there another one left? I would also like to buy one...
Greetings from Vienna,

Hey Elysion,
I bought the WM-R707 off of ebay Australia. The guy only had one, it wasn't working, but I still got it anyways since they are rare. There is a website in Russia where they have a new a couple of brand new WM-R707's still sealed in ther box. I got into communication with the person who runs the russian auction site and the price was $325us to $350us plus handling and postage which ranged from $25us to $100us.

What´s the name of the website? I´m really interested in having a look on the offer.
I have a WM-F707 but unfortunately it is not working any more and my Sony Service Provider in Austria said they cannot repair it because the parts are not available any longer...

Like I said the website shows some really cool kick ass walkmans for sale. If you can get through and register on the website or find out how to buy or bid on the stuff, please let me know. I would really like to get my hands on some of the stuff that is available.
What is wrong with your WM-R707, if you don't mind me asking? I found some belts from the Sony Parts Center and ordered them. They haven't arrived yet, but hopefully I will get them soon so I can repair my WM-R707. Would you happen to have a service manual for the walkman?
Thanks. The link is below:
