RR, please ensure Walkman Tech posts are listed ONLY in the correct forum.  You may be having issues with posting but this doesn't necessarily mean that every member wants to see this post in every forum.

the short answer is no, but its not impossible, take lots of pics an remember witch screws go were an u shud be ok. I'm in the uk an have this unit but havin probs gettin correct diameter belt, its a pain coz u just don't want to admit defeat, specially wen its just a belt holding back. Hope u fix it mine still in pieces.

i have to say it seems fairly easy to change the belt. unscrew the green board and lift it up (take care of the flat cables) and there you have it rightaway - the belt and reels are right uderneath. no more parts to take off!

If I managed it, it can't be that difficult

All the usual applies: Take care of all the parts, make sure the belt is exactly the right size & it's do-able.

Easy peasy to change. Hardest part was fitting the plastic middle whilst watching out for all the switches, charging socket bezel and the door release catch. Even that wasn't too taxing.

Like I said... if I managed it
Yeh, getting all those little switches set correctly when you put it back together is important...
