i found a fantastic little aiwa jx-879 at a local pawn shop awhile back for $15 with no manual or anything. i want to use it in my car occasionally, however, the beeping noise that it makes everytime you do something with it drives me a little batty.

i've looked online and haven't been able to find a way to turn it off. does anyone know of a way? thanks!
