I seen all kind of repairs mishap, but this one amazes me how someone manage to screw this one up?

Next question is, does anyone have a used d6c door?

1. Never underestimate the moronic abilities of the stupid.

2. Sorry I don't.

This was all that was wrong with it, as to the reason why rewind was grinding and not working at times, was due to cracked locking gear, otherwise works find, rubber even in good condition.

Could have glue the gear but just ended up replacing the gear and works like new, just wish it look like new to. I guess what can you expect for $35 buck. Going to still order new belts and capacitors, as it clean, no scratches otherwise

Don't think this d6c has many hours as pinch roller and tire shows no wear, so repair it, after repairs, did happen to have a spare door after all and a extra belt, also took apart and gave it a good cleaning and fresh lubrication.
