I am trying to figure out where this piece, the black piece with the silver circlet goes...I am almost certain it goes on the record button....any help please? Check pic

The one screw by the record button corner were the purple wire leads, of the mainboard then that piece just sit on top of the button, mainboard, wire and put the one screw back thur the plastic of that piece.
