Aiwa PX377 beeping noise

Hey,
I'm new here, so let me say Hi!
I just got an AIWA PX377 ("Made in Japan") from ebay which seems to work pretty well except that it makes a "beeping" tone as soon as I press play (which is only audible in quiet passages but still it is annoying).
Does anybody have an idea what could be the cause for this? And how to fix it?
I'd really love to get a walkman from ebay one day that really 100% works...
Thanks in advance!
M.

Hi, thanks, but this is not the "beep" that I mean - I mean a constant annoying sound at about 800kHz which is always there as soon as I switch play on, as a constant background noise...

maybe I should better call it humming.

Capacitors should be replaced. Please repair them ASAP, because the liquicd in these bad capacitors may corrupt the PCB.
