I received the belts from DocP today and they are exact match to sony's thin belts.  Within the first hour I have resurrected 5 of my prized walkman.  F701C 707 702 WM-600 & EX60.  If you need Belts Newbies he is the man.  Don't waste time trying to get them here in the states.  Go direct and be happy.

Yeah same happiness for me: just resurrected my JX101, and my JX707 is ok too for that matter (though it now shows a logic problem, or a mechanical one: it keeps on reversing side, even without a cassette, and it does it even several times after I open the door). My J36 and my mother's J101 will soon get the same treatment.
