Hi. I am looking for an aiwa hs-jx707 in working condition. I don't suppose you have one which your willing to sell, or know of anyone who has one for sale. I am willing to pay good money for a nice working example.

mine is the one which cassette player is not working on ebay ....
Cheers mate. I bought a non working one on ebay last month hoping i could fix it. But no joy. These things are so tricky to work on. I don't think a working one will be easy to get. The cassette seems to malfuntion on all of them.

yeah ......it seems like a really feature packed device ...too bad the one i am selling cassette does not seem to work ...

I have watched your video on youtube. I reckon the belts have slipped off the motor. Easy fixed by anyone with a knowledge of walkman repair. Its in excellent condition.
i have noticed the belts are really starting to go bad on the wm-f100's. i have replaced 4 out of 5 on both the 100's and 100's ii. none were broken or jamed,,just stretched to the point where they are finished. that's 1986 stuff at the end of there rope. i guess you can add one year from now on out to figure when the old belt is finished. i consider these to be the best case also,,not the worst.
