I am looking to sell or trade my DD100. The walkman is in very good cosmetical condition. There are some marks but they are slight and there are no dents on the chassis and generally it looks very nice. However, the lid is not the original DD100 one, but a DDIII one. The reason for this is because the lid got damaged in transport when sent the walkman to Rencgi (another member here) and one of the latches that hold the door was broken off. Rencgi was kind to put another lid which is identical to the DD100 one but says "WM-DDIII" rather than "DD100" on the lid. I have the original lid but it is useless this way.

Technical condition is very good as well - the center gear has been repaired by Rencgi and works without the clicking sound. The player could use another pinch roller since the glazing on the surface causes some flutter. The capstan bearing is in good shape and the head looks clean under the magnifying glass.

I got the player from Rencgi some months ago.

If you decide to trade, make me an offer. I would be interested in metal position tapes if you have some - namely the TDK, Denon, Maxell, That's or 3M. I would also consider a trade for a WM-DC2.
