I would like to sell this lot of cassette players. Some are very nice pieces I think. As some of you may or may not know, I am not a traditional collector and I do not require a large collection. Even if I wanted to have one, I wouldn't be able to afford it. What you see here is what I have gathered over the years but in the end decided that I had no more time and money to restore them all so that if I end up with only 5 or 6 that work, will be happy with that number.

I tested them all and cleaned them and I tried to be as accurate as possible in my descriptions and I have taken pics of everything. The reason I am posting it here rather than on eBay is mostly due to the fact I live in Croatia. This means I can only uise PayPal to send money but not to receive it. So if someone buys this lot, I will ask them to send the money to someone that can receive it. The other reason is that I think in this lot some would find something to like so I'd rather it goes to someone on this forum than someone else.

1. Sony WM-EX5

-mint physical condition
-powers up but needs a new belt

-comes with the original carrying pouch and the original LCD remote control
-mint physical condition
-doesn't power up


4. Sony WM-EX512

-good physical condition
-plays fine

5. JVC CX-R9
-features: feather touch, auto-reverse pb&rec, Dolby B, analog FM/AM tuner, mic input, EQ
-good physical condition
-doesn't power up

6. Panasonic RQ-V520
-features: feather touch, auto-reverse, Dolby B, music search, digital FM/AM radio, fine gap head, EQ
-the cassette lid is broken off but looks good otherwise
-radio works fine but cassette doesn't and needs a new belt

7. Sony WM-FX570
-features: feather touch, auto-reverse, Dolby B, music search, EQ
-good physical dondition
- radio works fine but cassette doesn't and needs a new belt

8. Philips D-6606
-huge and chunky and doesn't even have a rewind function, only fast forward
-good physical condition
-plays fine

9. Panasonic RQ-SX60
-features: feather touch, auto-reverse, Dolby B, 40x high-speed winding incl. Music search, repeat and intro-scan, sliding cassette door mechanism, LCD backlit remote control
-comes with the original remote control, headphones, charger and AA battery add-on compartment
-good physical condition
-plays fine but could use a new belt since there is some flutter in the sound

10. Sony WM-20
-very small and thin
-good physical condition
-doesn't power up

11. Sony WM-EX658
-feather touch, auto-reverse, Dolby B, music search, EQ
-good physical condition
-powers up but needs a new belt

12. Sony WM-FX55
-feather touch, auto-reverse, Dolby B, digital FM/AM tuner, EQ
-very good physical condition
-plays fine

13. Sony WM-EX570
-feather touch, auto-reverse, Dolby B, music search, EQ, LED interface on the front panel
-excellent physical condition
-powers up but needs a new belt

14. Sony WM-EX552
-feather touch, auto-reverse, Dolby B, music search, EQ
-the cassette lid is broken off but looks good otherwise
-powers up but needs a new belt

15. JVC CX-F7K
-features: feather touch, auto-reverse, Dolby B, analog FM/AM tuner
-good physical condition
-radio works fine but eats tapes and requires a new belt

16. Sony WM-50
-very good physical condition
-plays fine
