and I thought that 60 Euro's was too high for those of ya'll over there to be bidding on these Walkman's ...

So,,, How high is TOO high for one of these ?

retrodos - 2012-01-01 08:08

These go just for the walkman, no headphones for over $250 or more. A boxed one, who knows? I hate these DD's models, but this one very rare, to find in it's condition with box.

DD's represent the finest walkmans ever

The Boodo Khan always fetches a premium - but to see one with headphones that aren't rotted is just plain rare

this will go to whatever the highest bidder stakes

renzgi - 2012-01-01 12:21

I suspect these have also crumbled foam.

walkgirl - 2012-01-01 12:28

Is it mint or near mint?

Thinking the same thing, it has to be dry out by now and will crumble, when touched.

The name “Boodo Khan” came from the famous Nippon Budokan arena and music venue in Japan, where many well-known artists and bands, including the Beatles, have performed.

Ha ha nice one, LOL,

it's "not far from 'near mint'", or maybe "very close to 'never been used'"

walkgirl - 2012-01-02 07:43

I think it is an overrated walkman, everybody wants one, so therefore I do not, I love other walkmans much more, like the sanyo 5050!, or other exotic walkmans which are more rare

minty - 2012-01-07 11:43

421 euro? Thought this would have gone for closer to 600 euro.

Did you bid? You're into buying boxed grail walkman.

minty - 2012-01-07 13:32

No. Money is tight at the moment. Have to watch the penny's. My disposable income has been gobbled up by higher taxes and government levy's. And I'm not alone. Maybe I'll get my hands on one in the near future!
