DESCRIPTION: This auction is for a used JVC CX-F7K in black-silver color. It's a very nice cassette player that has an unusually styled exterior and intelligently designed cassette door so that the cassette player is actually smaller when there is no tape inside! It also has a feather-touch operation auto-reverse mechanism with Dolby B noise reduction system and also a nice quality analog tuner. It is operated by just one AA battery. It is an interesting player to have because it has some interesting features and also appears to have very good sound quality. I think it would be a very nice addition to any classis 1980s collection.

STATUS: PARTIALLY WORKING. Tape mechanism works but unfortunately it chews tapes. The reels are spinning but not constantly so there is no doubt that the problems are caused by the belt that has stretched. It is also possible that pinch roller will have to be replaced as well. The radio tuner is working well. There are couple of scratches on the unit but nothing very serious. The battery cover inside the cassette compartment is unfortunately missing. Though it is far from perfect, I think it is in decent condition and would still be a nice addition to a classic walkman collection
