Sony Net MD Walkman MZ-NF610 Type S, with accessories and 15 colored minidiscs.  Walkman also has TV/Weather/FM/AM capability which from what I gather is controlled via the remote.  Includes the main walkman unit, remote, microphone, AC adapter, headphone with extra earbud covers, various cords for use with recorder, etc.  No manual.  Unit has been tested and plays just fine.  Didn't test with remote.  $50 plus $12 shipping within US.
