I have a WM-F60 that is in very good condition and works great. I haven't had much luck finding a value on these so feel free to make me an offer!

I'd quite like that actually.  Not sure of value, maybe someone else can suggest but if you do think of selling, let me know.

Does this player use the same form factor as the WM-60? many of the buttons are in similar locations.

Yeah, if anybody with knowledge of potential value could chime in that would be great. You're first in line when that happens, agentorange. 

The value is what someone will pay. A quick search on eBay will tell you what others have paid. It's a good starting place

I haven't been able to find any eBay listings for this model unfortunately. I suppose the only way to find out the value is to put it up for auction!
