Have a look here Sony MZ-M200, this is the last Hi-Md portables made by Sony and the best.

Getting a brand new Sony RH1 from another forum member "Derek MC Caffrey" have the Sony MZ-M200 but audio dropout. Second one within a year, first one stop powering on. I take very good care of these, never drop it and always kept it clean. Sent the second back to Sony for repair. They are going to replaced it free of charge, even tru it out of warrenty.
