Hello all.. back again and looking for another WM-1 or WM-4. A red WM-4 would be ten times more radical, but silver is perfect too!

The WM-F1 probably a better choice and better build quality than wm-4 which in my opinion is not as well built. Red or blue wm4 tougher to find best to check EBAY.de or UK for colors.
Can view good pics of both red wm4 and F1 on my 38 sony collection under pictures posts. My red wm4 came from Canada and F1 from UK shipping not to bad about 12-14 USD if seller is fair

Hey, long time since I've been on here!

Yeah, I've had some luck getting the red units from the UK too. I have a red WM-22 that I got from over there. I have two WM-F1's, I just like the WM-4 for everyday use. The only difference I've noticed is some slight motor noise, but you can't hear it on-the-go anyway.

I like the WM-1 because it was the first model I owned. Mine is a little worn out and I'd like one in better cosmetic shape (used to use mine while cutting grass, it's taken many a drop, but keeps on going).

Do you repair them?

I have a VG condition (If not Mint) F1 but the sound is too slow... Probably Belt Issues...

I do have another one, it's another Sony not sure of the model but it has to be in the same era. I will let you know.

I have a JVC also, a very small one, when you put the tape in, he is so small that you cannot close the door completely... (If I remember, he is red in Metal) Not sure of the model number but it seems to be a quality device, again, the belts needs to be change.
