Gold Mine of Recorded Cassettes

el.rojo.grande - 2008-11-03 20:08

Spent the weekend in Pittsburgh and stumbled into a record store called "Dave's Music Mine". One of the more interesting features of their inventory is a basement full of sealed cassettes from the 80s still in those plastic security boxes. Most are $.99 USD. Don't know if they have a website but go and see.

Whoa!! Eek

I have a friend who lives in the Pitts. I just might see if he can make a trip for me. Big Grin

Brillint. I would love some of those. If you have any duplicates, ie noiseworks "touch", send em my way Wink.

PM me with a list of what you're after and I'll see what I can do Rich. Copy and paste them from the auction if thats easier, I'm giving away lots of ones I'm not particularly keen on, and doubles, and I can't think of a better place for them to find a new home than yours.

No rush, whenever you get the time or inclination, they're certainly not going anywhere else in a hurry.

Rock On.

Great stuff ira. I`ll pay for them, of course. They are worth too much to give away.

gluecifer - 2008-11-07 18:06

Don't worry about paying, but you can take a little bit off the M-70 tuner board I'm still after somewhere down the track if you like.

Rock On.

Bloody hell. Thanks for reminding me ira. My short term memory is shot.

Not a problem Rich. My name's Rick by the way, but feel free to call me Rich as I'm technically a Richard like you.

Have good weekend hombre.

Rock On.
