Today's internet news had an article in which the Texas Justice system executed another killer without bowing to international and Federal pressure to reconsider. This guy murdered his former boss during a robbery. In a diff. case, another guy raped and murdered two girls. Sometimes, you can't be too "sissy-fied" to take care of business. No empty threats with the Texas Death Penalty. Being Texas born & raised, I fondly recall the state's slogan "Don't Mess With Texas". /// From the NY TIMES; "The outcomes in both the Medellín and Chi cases were not surprising, given the Supreme Court’s 6-to-3 ruling in March that Texas courts need not be bound by international judgment or the Bush administration’s request."

it is for the the criminal the most easy way out anyway , I say let the suffer for many

The way this country's going it wouldn't be a bad idea to reintroduce the sparing use of capital punishment, the justice system here is a standing joke to be honest.

Manslaughter = Slap on wrist, suspended sentence.

Run a pirate radio station = Unlimited fine and up to 5 years in the slammer.

Yeah, right.

Let's re-introduce torture instead.

Texas has got it going on! Too many of the scum in the United States get to live on "Death Row" for friggin' ever with all the creature comforts of FREE cable TV, FREE three meals a day, FREE health care, etc. Texas just save their taxpayers a lot of money.

Hey Adam,its gotta be a good thing,like 2steppa said,our justice system is a joke !!! A couple of my friends are police officers and they are real disillusioned that they can catch this scum that ruin life for all us decent guys,but when they get into the judicial system here in the UK its like a pantomime.Why keep em alive if they are caught for a despicable crime against another human being and its 100% certain they did it.Hell,if you got bit by a dog in this country it would be put down with no compassion,but kill or rape and you'll probably get off or get a piss poor jail term.Your job must be so frustrating at times
