hey all
just picked up for free a game gear from 91-carry case,about 6 games,charger and magnifier-got it free cos i think speaker's blown as i cant get it to play sound.what are these things worth nowadays?

how doo andy,dunno the value on one of them..best place for that is ebay..as for the no sound,i've fixed one of them before,theres a small capacitor that you have to replace in the sound circuit,thats a common fault,if you look on ebay you will see alot of faulty/no sound game gears..

cheers matey-dont know if i wanna sell it yet, just curious of its value-i had a second hand one once when it was about 3 yrs old....paid about 25 quid back then.....might hold onto this one for a bit....

hey man,i'm not too sure but i think,even though theres no sound out of the speaker,i'm sure i tried headphones on the one i was repairing and the headphone bit still worked..try it lad..oh and hey,check out sonic on the gamegear,it was quite kool if i remember right..

oh aye, mate.this has got a sonic game with it, forget which one.
will let you know about the earphones!

I think it is worth what you paid for it....
