On 5th October..
I SAW A PHONE,BUY IT NOW,CHINA SELLER,
CLICKED BUY IT NOW,
3 WEEKS LATER I RECIEVED A CHINESE COIN,
COMPLAINED TO PAPAL,STARTED DISPUTE FOR CLAIM.

Astonishingly,i lost my claim..All i did was buy something on ebay,payed with paypal,and when i got conned,paypal treated me like the criminal,forcing me to prove my honesty,when i was the innocent buyer,i had concrete evidence,my claim was concrete,I looked again and he has since been kicked off ebay and the last 6 feedbacks were negative,he did the same to these other innocent people,but paypal never once hastled the conn merchant to prove himself as a honest seller,so now i've lost !! Take it From Me...its official

"Buyers Protection" is just Words,is'nt worth the words thats printed !! So Beware !! I will NEVER Ever Ever trust ebay or paypal again..Beware Guys !!!

Judging from the prices eBayers paid for his "Unlocked i68 4G i9 WiFi Mobile phone 2SIM 3.2"Touch Screen" you didn't lose too much money. It's an iPhone looky-likey, right?

Still thats scant consolation for eBay not finding in yr favour on this. There is clear evidence of deception.

Hi iso,yes i should have know they were a bit too cheap,my fault for being a skimp,yes they are a iphone copy,i've had one before,there not that bad..
No..there is no option for appeal,but still,i've been through that much hastle with paypal over it,i really cant be bothered anymore,they really are a joke mate,they just did'nt want to know,they were asking me for evidence,when i gave them the evidence,they would ask me for more evidence,and on and on and on..i really got sick of it in the end..i'm just glad its over,even though i lost..i'll never trust them again,they dont help anyone..

yeh, pretty poor show by that lot at eBay on this one...
