hi i just logged into my paypal and got a message...they seem to think i'm a business but i'm not,all i've done is sold off a few boxes that i did'nt want anymore...

this is the message i got..what do i do ??
they asking my to select a business type,which do i select ??

wouldn't worry too much mate,have you tried having one of ebays' "Live chat" sessions?..they'll put you right..just a formality really, I remember my Mrs had to do something like that a coupla years ago even thiugh she wasn't running a business

Don't worry Ghettoman it's normal. I know 1/2 doz people who have had to do this.

still having hastles with my paypal guys,spent 3 days trying to sort it,but still no better off,said they wanted more details about me,but when i put my details in,it says my details didnt match there records,ridiculous...now its took me to a different page,now they want debit or credit details,which i dont have,i've always used my normal bank account for years with no problems,getting sick of em,nothing but hastle with paypal all the time..

bit of an update on my paypal account..
Since i did'nt have a credit/debit card,i obviously could'nt go any further with them,now i've had an email sayng my account is susspended,and my funds are being frozen,there is over £400 in my paypal and i cant even touch it..its my money but i cant have it,cant send it,cant spend it,but oddly enough it says i can still receive money,what a joke !! i have rang them to try and sort it out but they are just giving me the runaround,soo be careful guys,never keep to much cash in paypal,try and just pay stuff either direct debit or from your credit card,because you never know when paypal will screw you over !!
All i want now is my cash back and then they can keep the account,and stick it where the sun dont shine !!

just get a bank a/c man with a card and get your cash back.

everyone has to do this process once youve chalked up a few coins through there. its not a scam its standard. not worth worrying about over £400, thats too much to loose

hi andy/penge,badbill,flatlac3,nicole..after days of getting the run around on the phone,all because i've never had a debit/credit card,and i left it soo long without contacting them,i spoke to a person yesterday and expressed my total disgust with the lack of help..the guy i spoke to did'nt say much,just apologized,then asked me to give my details and confirm my bank account,then said he will sort it out..
Andy,yes thats what he said,told me they are not picking on me,its just a standard thing they have to do because i've recieved £1,900 in the last few months,which i obviously must have,does'nt feel like it though,i think half of it has gone back to them for fees,but yes finally its sorted out now man..i've never took any money to my bank from paypal before,because i used to spend my cash on more boxes or other stuff,but i think i will this time,i'm all out of buying boxes now,theres no more i really want now,i have my GF999,GF535 and Lasonic 975,i dont really want anymore,so i dont need it in my p.pal..
