Being in Houston, I am thinking you know exactly what I'm talking about. Well, if you were in Galveston I'm thinking it would be more of an issue than in Houston... You guys on the other Gulf coast have not had it so well.

All things considered, the west coast of Florida has been pretty lucky the last couple of years.
