Happy B-Day Adam!!!!! I struggled with 40 bigtime, but now almost two years into my "40's"....I am dealing with it....barely.LOL! I will be 42 on Aug. 21st,so just to let you know, the older you get, the faster the years go by....enjoy them to the max!!

40's not so bad if your body hasn't gotten the memo. Eat sensibly, and stay in shape by walking to the thrift stores as you look for bbxs.
