Apple Stores, worldwide, put on shows in their stores, a tie-in with iTunes... The requirements are that your band is signed on a label, and has iTunes for sale at the iTunes store.
On Friday, a touring band cancelled due to longistics, and the gones were asked to play the set! It was a bit strange to be playing where I work, but it was super cool! Here's a pic...
Looks very cool!

Yeah Fuzz, there's some video floating around, if I could get to know that cute videographer there on the right : you know, to see if I can get a copy of her video...
playing live music is a blast no matter where you are doing it.
i am looking forward to getting out there again.
Aren't you a bass player Bill? You're right, I've played many a great gig in a small dive in front of a hand full of partiers... it's awesome fun! I also once played in front of 20,000+ in the Super Dome in New Orleans.
i am a synth guy. samplers synths and more of both.
yep sometimes the small shows are the best. i think my favorite shows were
the synth pop festival i played in san antonio.
there wasnt 20000 there but there was a ton of people there.
playing live music is pretty intense.
dave, let's drum together, bro !
Oh yeah Rim, there was rock. Enough to make some of our mall neighbors complain about our loudness... seemed like a compliment to me!
I've played many a gig over the years, so I never get nervous before a show, but I do get quiet (about the only time that happens...
), get centered, and then explode on the skins! Saves me a lot of $ for therapy!
Conrad, if you ever get over here to the States, we'll set up both my kits and rock out!
Nice Mackies! lol I have the RCF version the 322A
Nice one Daiwa. We're going to all need your autograph for when you get all famous...
