very cool! i had the exact same bike ! Mine was also STOLEN!
I've actually thought of buying another bike with gas the way it is Unfortunatly Back surgary may be in my near future!

That's great! Alot of people are even doing it here in so fla where everyone drives. Tri-rail(our rail system) has TRIPLED in Passengers since the beginning of the yr,everyone cites gas cost are just forcing them to train bus, moped,or FEET! You see Way more Bicycles on the road,Hooked up to Buses and Passengers Carrying Them on/off the trains.
Yep,Back Surgary is a Def Possibility for me,i met with a surgeon a couple weeks ago,he'll review my Mri's in a few weeks and Then it'll be decided. Since My Mva,i'm in alot of Pain maybe it'll be a relief,i hope so! Enjoy your bike sin! Happy ridin'!

Nice.... good to see you found exactly what you were after
Wish I could've help but you still should have gotten back to me after our last PM
Anyway congrats and that thing looks to be in great condition
now go get that 20/20 so you can sell me the tuner knob and aerials
sorry about that man. i spaced. but i did find that bmx site your on. ill let you know what happens with the 20/20. the bike needs a lil love and a bigger seat.
no worries (I shouldn't of even brought it up, I know your a good dude and prolly just got buzy)
Anyway let me know what seat you want to find for it and lets do our best to find you a better rear brake
Those oddy 2000's aren't the best for stopping power LOL
site ? OS-BMX or Vintage or BMXmuseum ? LOL I'm all over the place with that stuff but I'm Smokin Endo no matter where it's at
anyway again great score and LMK if I can help you find any parts you need/want
Brian
bmxmuseum is the place. i was trying to find info on a mongoose i scored and now selling. what kind of brakes are good for that bike. seat not sure. i was thinking a brooks style leater seat just for cruzin. i use my vfr 24 to go nuts with.
"Mongoose" is a name I haven't heard in awhile, but I know that was prolly the top BMX bike in the 80's.
Very expensive also...
Didn't it have the super light frame? I heard stories of how people would do tricks on 'em and break the frames.
FINALLY GOT IT!!! CANT WAIT TO TAKE HER HOME AND DO A GROUND UP RESTORE ON IT!!!!
Cool man,thats awesome! Congrats......

Well even if i ride a modern BMX i simply love the looks of the oldschool-bikes.
Yours looks great Sin!Wish you good luck and fun on restoring it and/or finding the right parts
I can not imagine any better bike than a bmx to cruise down the streets!!
Man, I'd love to have a BMX cruiser! One day...
Wow! You don't see em' like that anymore.
here, for bmx lovers with a big lawn
A cruiser huh? How about this for inspiration.
Damn! That's a sweet cruiser. It looks a lot better than the red and yellow model, but alas, I don't have $600 to spend on a bike.
