Hey guys ! hving probs with my tv and wandered if any of our resident "techies" could help.The tv in question is a logik and the screen has gone into two halves,the left side however is a mirror image of itself ? can any one shed any light onto the matter before i throw it away ?

Have you tried to Google your Problem? I often find that if its happened to me, its happened to someone else and I have had much success in searching online for help and often solutions.

hey ed,yeah i tried that,no luck though.tried everything to find the problem exept pay £100 for someone to tell me its no good.

I'm glad I bought my Sony Wega HDTV not a flat screen but tube so I guess she'll give good playing for years!

Hey Ford,i've just put my sony trinitron back in the house,its a better picture than the lcd,and we all know if an old tube tv goes,its a relativelly cheap easy fix.

These flat TV's are JUNK
My bro had a PHILIPS plasma (4000 €) and this thing was trouble from day one. He got so mad that he took a hammer last week. R.I.P TV

Im with you eddy,If you look on epay its full of busted lcd tvs..Im glad mine "only" cost £450.but for it to only last a year is a bit of a p**s take when you think a tube tv will go for 30 years or more.Not sure i want to buy another lcd or plasma.got better and more reliable things to spend my money on

sounds like the lcd controller is going bad,youre gonna need a diagram to find out where it is.
