well guys just picked up a gorgeous late seventies adidas windbreaker jacket in purple-got it from an antiques and collectables market in york.never seen anything like it-it has rubber lining (that has sadly perished badly)-it features the adidas trefoil on the breast area and the 3 stripes-not going down the arm like youd expect but running around the top part of each arm.are there any adidas fans out there-lovers of the vintage stuff?im really starting to get into this......watch out boxes,here comes the adidas gear instead!does anyone have any of the old late seventies brochures they would be prepared to scan?

A year or two ago, I went through a patch of being into Adidas Superstars; the shell-toe trainers made famous by Run DMC. Wearing a pair of these right now, as it goes:

I was checking out my adidas sneakers, last  night. I have about 16 boxed pairs in my wardrobe, rom`s, italia`s, kick`s, eg. Stuff i wore in the 70`s. Cool maaan.
