I was wrong on several accounts.
To brag, and being so long winded.
I was wrong in that I thought I was suppose to respond to each of you replies.
And for arguing and attacking.
And to use a old term..
A "little" bit of knowledge can be a dangerous thing.
In the early 1980s there were 5-6 million people living in Hongkong.
Turning my commune idea in to Swiss cheese ... full of holes.
I was completely oblivious to the fact the many of the STGo members are in GB.
And again in this case A little bit of knowledge was a dangerous thing.
The brief case referral was completely innocent...I had no idea it was such negative term. I knew it referred to not having a job and instead of a briefcase ,you carried radio. I am/ was proud of my counterculture/antiestablishment punk roots. So to me ,up until now, it was a visionary term. I will never on this site use it again.
Here's we're you will laugh..
My wife is of English/Irish heritage. My self part Irish. We are huge Anglophiles.
We love BBC America best shows on our cable system. I grew up on Antique road show... Python..even seen all the new Dr Who's...just started the "Copper "show.
And l was wrong for trying to type out what I wrote off the top of my head , on 4 hours sleep. Have also risen very early for flea market: Boot sale.
I was wrong to use my street mind/mentality to interpret your response.
My reaction to perceived insult and off hand remarks is to squash it immediately.
Unfortunately it's the one thing I took home from prison ,,is if you don't nip it in the bud it will grow.
And lastly sorry for messing with you guy on your home tuff. I see you guys joke around with each other. I took it the wrong way. I am truly sorry and hope I can start anew?? Sincerely , Bryan
ps the spell check on this iPhone keep changing my words.
I'm sorry for insulting you bryan, guess I reacted badly and I go a bit ott sometimes,
No hard feelings, hope you enjoy the forum
Thanks B.
