, found this forum after looking around for info on boombox's. Guess i got the itch to get another one after a 35 year hiatus 
. Got a Sanyo M9990 recently and now just need to find the time and parts to repair it.

Thanks Nak D. Seems like the Sanyo's all got their own little issues. I'm waiting for the shop manual to arrive before i start cutting wires. I ordered one before I found a thread on here about a member who has an online store with a downloadable version 
, still might buy that too.

Thanks Lav Loo, davebush and samovar . I don't know what happened to my one and only childhood boombox , but a quick search on google images popped up a Sanyo M9975 and all these memories came flooding back. Guess I'll be hunting for one next.
