I banned him last year for a string of bad sales, he's banned from Boomboxery too for the same reason. By the looks of it he's also incurred eBay's wrath due to him now resorting to using YouTube, the sales method of choice of the disgraced boombox collector.
He's harmless, I doubt if he ever leaves his house/caravan to be honest. The best thing to do is put his email in your block list, you can get his email address from the above vid re 'Blah blah blah'.
