Sweet !

Found a couple vintage 1970s transmission oil cans, unopened for a buck each.

Found these 45's at a thrift shop today.
Some older, senile idiot looking at the vinyl, didnt see them and he almost snatched them out of my hands.
I almost lost it and cursed at him ! lol
I collect the picture sleeve 45's.

1 day someone is gonna get KO'ed at a Thrift shop ! hahaha

Not many sales this weekend. Picked up a few things.

Went to 1 estate sale today and found these items:

1. 1981 Playmobil Esso Service station BNIB - $5.00 (valued at $200)
2. 1983/83 Sanyo M G30 walkman LNIB - $5.00 (valued at $75)
3. 1970's and early 1980's Hot wheels and Majorette cars - $4.00

- Found 27 vintage store catalogs in real nice shape for $15.00 for all.
Consumers Distributing, Canadian Tire, Radio Shack, Ikea, Sears, Rare Home Hardware and Shop Rite.
The Consumers catalogs are in high demand and usually sell for $25-$200 depends on year.

I have too many 'other' collections, thats why I really cant/dont focus on boomboxes, walkmans etc etc

I think that's why I enjoy your posts though Robb, you often find boomboxes and walkmans but we get to see your other interesting finds to.

Today I stopped by another estate sale and rummaged through a box of toys and got all these vintage hot wheels and vintage VW Corgi for $5.00

Also found 2 classic LP's for 50 cents each.

Found some more vintage toy cars today, Dinky Trucks, Corgi racecar and Ideal Porsche. Paid $5

Also found a blank cassette - $1

Found this motomaster hydraulic oil tin yesterday.

Found this 1930's Lincoln Slush Lead fire engine steam pumper toy at a flea market today for $5.00.
Rear man is missing head and no paint left.

Went to 3 estate sales today and found some decent stuff.

2. Beatles record U.K. pressing - $0.50
3. Vintage Original Microfurnace heater or cooler fan, Made in Canada (not a Taiwan knockoff) - $3
(Weighs alot for such a small thing !) 5200 BTU
These are selling for $50-$60 on ebay ! I believe thee are from 1970's ?

Found some minty records today for $2.00 each.
Nothing special, but they are mint !

They were stacking some vinyl this morning at Value village..Right place, right time.
Picked up 4 mint LPs.. I passed on rolling stones sticky fingers (zipper cover), AC/DC Livewire bootleg, and a Led zeppelin - song remains the same, they werent up to my standards for condition.
Some record buyer I see there came and bought them all though..

Here's a vintage 1986 Tonka Clutch Poppers Porsche 38.Highly desireable toy when they came out and difficult to find now. I found it at a thrift store for $3.00
The way it works is you press down, roll forward and then press button ontop.
Made in Japan

Also bought a rare, near mint, 1981 Realistic SCR-4 boombox

Due to my grandmother passing away this last week, I was unable to go out to sales, but I did manage to go to a thrift shop and find this near mint 1983-1988 Mighty Tonka Dump for $10.
I used to have this exact one as a kid.

Really nice finds. The Realistic SCR-4 Boombox is great! And it looks brand new. How much did it cost you?
